end-of-year data for ELibrary

The ELibrary service / email account (elibrary@uconn.edu) generated over 900 questions this year, and resulted in a flurry of over 3,200 emails by staff. We are thrilled that ELibrary is getting so much use!

We want to remind you to email elibrary@uconn.edu directly if you have a question about any electronic resource -- whether it's a journal link, an SFX glitch, or problem with accessing a database. Four people read elibrary@uconn.edu regularly & respond to concerns (Stephanie, Nicholas, Lynn Cote, and Deb Sanford), which is how we can give you very prompt service.
