There are two other ways to find out where journals are avaiable, but neither is 100% reliable (or even 80%), but these resources might be helpful in a pinch.
Serials Solutions is a collection of the full-text journals UConn has available. It is only full-text journals (ie, doesn't include which titles are indexed in MLA Bibliography), and only the ones we get at UConn (so nothing that's in the Emerald database). But it's a good way to find what we have electronically.
jake indicates where various titles are indexed, abstracted, and/or available full-text. It's not comprehensive, current, or easy to use, so it's not for the average bear. However, it does indicate where many titles are indexed in various sources, and it's the only resource of its kind.
