EZproxy and Google Scholar

1. You can use the VPN to get access to UConn entitled links in Google Scholar, just like for anything else, though it is as confusing as any other use of the VPN.

2. You can use, and bookmark, this link instead: http://ezproxy.lib.uconn.edu/login?url=http://scholar.google.com

3. Or, you can do neither and make sure that in your Google Scholar Preferences (http://scholar.google.com/scholar_preferences?hl=en) that you use "University of Connecticut - UConn Full-text" under "Library Links"

And then always chose the UConn Links button (SFX) for EZproxied access.

I'm looking at ways to simplify this, but for now, that's about it. Thanks --Nicholas
