Scopus & Web of Science: TOMORROW, 9:30-11, EC1 You may have heard that a NST working group is planning another round of citation searching training for this fall. We’ve hired two terrific trainers who will be giving 90-minute hands-on sessions weekly from Oct 16 through Nov. 13 (see the schedule & read more about it.

Before the trainers begin their formal training sessions, the working group has asked that they do a practice presentation for the group and the entire library staff. We’ve scheduled this for Thursday, Oct. 11 from 9:30 – 11, and we’d love if you could join us. You’ll get to learn a bit about citation searching as well as the databases Scopus & Web of Science, and you’ll have some time to practice searching – either a topic that interests you, or that you’ve worked on with students.

Note: these sessions can be done at the RCLs as well!
